1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TravelTechBD ("the Platform", "our Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

These Terms apply to all users, including travel agencies, their staff members, and any other individuals accessing the platform.

2. Description of Services

TravelTechBD provides a cloud-based travel agency management system including, but not limited to:

• Booking management (flights, hotels, visa, ePassport, B2B)
• Customer ledger and financial tracking
• Invoice and PDF generation
• Staff and agency management
• Reporting and analytics dashboard
• Multi-currency support (BDT, OMR, SAR, AED, etc.)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To use TravelTechBD, you must register an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• Take full responsibility for all activities under your account
• Ensure all staff users under your agency comply with these terms

Agency administrators are responsible for managing their staff accounts and ensuring appropriate access levels.

4. Subscription & Billing

Access to full features requires an active subscription:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as agreed
• Payment is due in advance before the subscription period
• Late payment may result in restricted access
• Subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30-days notice

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use TravelTechBD to:

• Upload or share fraudulent, false, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform
• Use the platform for illegal activities or money laundering
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Overload or interfere with platform infrastructure
• Create fake agencies or accounts for malicious purposes

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, code, logos, and features are the exclusive property of TravelTechBD. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your business purposes only.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without written permission.

Your agency data (bookings, customers, invoices) remains your property. TravelTechBD does not claim ownership of data you enter.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of TravelTechBD is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

TravelTechBD is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service availability
• That data will never be lost (though we maintain backups)
• Accuracy of third-party data or airline/visa information

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TravelTechBD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if advised of such possibility.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• By You: Close your account at any time by contacting support.
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. For users in Oman, Omani commercial law shall apply to the extent required.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days notice for material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
